John Phillips
John graduated from Loughborough University in 1987 and learned his trade at leading consulting and contracting companies: IDC, Mott MacDonald, Atkins, FHP Consultants, Auckett and Taylor Wimpey.
For the last 23 years John has held a senior role in consultancy practices; designing and delivering over 600 projects in a variety of sectors, including large scale & high rise residential, high end residential, healthcare, education, government and civic buildings, commercial offices, sports and leisure facilities, trading floors, and data centres.
Sam Buckell
Sam has been working in M&E consultancy for 10 years. Over that period he has acquired experience across several sectors, including healthcare, sports & leisure facilities, commercial offices, high-end & large-scale residential projects.
Beginning his career at a small practice allowed him to become involved in all aspects of his projects, including mechanical design, technical compliance, detailed surveys, commissioning, installation monitoring and project management.
